Acceptable Use Policy

This policy covers uploaded-image recreation, generation, storage and sharing through AI Zombie Video. Operator: 长沙云之乐贸易有限公司, China. Business contact: Wen Yong. Reports and appeals: [email protected]. These rules apply to authorized zombie-themed image and video creation and the handling of reported misuse.

1. Authorized creative use

The service supports zombie-themed fictional visual creation and features actually offered. Fiction does not remove real people's rights. Upload your own material or material with necessary permission from every identifiable adult, including permission for the relevant AI and storage processing. An account or publicly available photo is not proof of permission.

The intended creative scope is non-graphic zombie appearance transformation and fictional two-person scenes with clear personal space. Both the present-day scene and the healthy-memory scene must remain free of physical contact. Hugging, kissing, holding hands, intimate touching and face-to-face intimate contact are not supported creative directions. An AI label or permission from the depicted adults does not override these limits. This scope does not represent payment-provider approval.

Zombie makeup, ruined-city settings, suspense, recognition and grief may establish the fictional atmosphere. The intended transition leaves the threatening present before contact and enters a separate, healthy past. It must not depict actual biting, grabbing, bodily impact, blood or open wounds. A warm memory means familiar expressions and shared setting, not physical intimacy. Do not use the service to depict a recognizable person committing real-world violence, making statements or endorsing a product or cause.

Do not present concept art as evidence of a generated result, AI output as a real event or the product as endorsed by a model provider. Role exchange changes task assignments; it does not authorize replacing one real person's face with another's.

2. Prohibited content

• Pornography and sexual exploitation: nudification, pornography, sexual violence, non-consensual sexual material and fabricated sexual or intimate content involving personal media, including synthesized kissing or hugging scenes involving identifiable real people, regardless of consent.
• Violence and gore: realistic cruelty, dismemberment, graphic wounds, threats or encouragement of self-harm. A zombie theme is not an exception.
• Hate and persecution: dehumanization, abuse or incitement against protected groups.
• Child-unsafe content: sexualization, exploitation or abuse of minors. Portraits of minors are not accepted for this service.
• Deepfakes and impersonation: identity substitution or face swapping, nudification, fabricated statements, endorsements or behavior attributed to an identifiable real person, and synthetic use violating privacy, reputation or other rights. Do not use generated media to falsely depict a person participating in a real event. Consent alone does not override restrictions on these uses.
• Copyright and trademark infringement: unauthorized photos, works, characters, marks or other protected material, misleading branding or pretending to be an official product.

Fraud, harassment, stalking, card testing, stolen accounts, safety bypasses and malicious resource abuse are prohibited. Consent and AI labels do not automatically make a real-person synthesis feature acceptable to a payment provider. Actual functionality must be checked against its requirements and confirmed where necessary.

3. Provider restrictions and enforcement

Before the first generation request, we submit the task’s image and video text instructions to Waffo for a prompt safety check. Generation proceeds only after the required text checks return allow; unresolved checks are retried within a limited window and failed tasks follow our credit-refund process. This text check does not inspect uploaded photographs or generated images or videos. Generation runs automatically without platform-operated manual approval of every upload or output. AI providers apply their own content rules and may reject requests; these restrictions do not guarantee that every misuse will be detected. We do not operate a separate automated image/video safety classifier. We can investigate complaints, relevant task records and audit evidence, restrict accounts, address content under our control and retain necessary evidence. Confirmed failed tasks are handled under the Refund and Credit Policy.

Measures should be proportionate to evidence and risk. Urgent restrictions may come first. Credit, refund and closure handling remains subject to the Refund and Credit Policy and applicable law; a report or suspension is not automatic financial forfeiture.

4. Reports and appeals

Send reports to [email protected] with “Content report”, “Rights complaint” or “Appeal”. Include the relevant page, task reference or object link, the issue, necessary rights evidence and contact details. Do not publicly redistribute sensitive material. For child-abuse concerns, supply locating information rather than downloading, copying or emailing the material as evidence.

Our initial-response target is two business days, with risk-based prioritization. Restricted users may reply with objections or evidence for manual review. Reporters may request limited disclosure of contact details. Removal, restoration and evidence retention depend on facts and law; a complaint does not guarantee permanent suspension.
